Investor's Buying Service

Bambi Land Properties Inc Buying Service (Broker) contacts motivated sellers and enters into a purchase agreement at a discounted property price based on requirements of standby investors. Discounts could range from 10% to 50%. Standby investors are notified by email when a purchase contract meets their buying requirements. If the purchase contract is assigned, the Investor/Buyer agrees to pay 10% of the purchase amount to the Broker at close of escrow. No other brokerage fees will be charged to either party. Upon assignment of purchase agreement, Broker will become an agent for the Buyer and Seller.
