Al Segalla, Bambi Land Properties Inc., after 40 years of land and ranch specialty, is offering a new service to investors interested in taking advantage of excellent bargains in the present buyers market.

Al is teaming up with his wife Kyran who has a strong background in accounting and property management.

They are offering complete service for the hands-free investor which includes:

(1) Finding bargain properties suitable for renting.

(2) Repairing and upgrading the homes.

(3) Property management for 1 to 10 years.

(4) At the right time, selling the property for a cash return or exchanging into other real estate.

(5) Investor or primary home Buyers are welcome to use our Buyer Broker service stand alone. Our rehab and management services are optional.

Investors should have a minimum of $25,000 for these investments plus good credit. We recommend high equity with strong positive cash flow for better security in our troubled economy.

We suggest 20 to 50% down payment for single properties and all cash for large blocks of REO properties.

We can arrange tenants in common ownerships allowing several investors to participate when there is not sufficient investment money for one investor to purchase a single home.
